Overview

Hypha is a London-based startup focused on simplifying how enterprise teams collaborate by bringing together knowledge, ideas, and people into a unified space. Inspired by forests and their ability to distribute resources through a network of filament structures called *hyphae*, the company and its product are designed to foster seamless connection and growth.

Solution

In the company’s inaugural year, I worked closely with the management team to shape the product and help establish the business. My contributions were centered around two primary areas: product development and marketing.

Collaborating with the engineering team, I defined the UX and product design for the platform’s first version, contributed to the front-end development, and laid the groundwork for the design system. As a result, I transformed the initial concept into a fully functioning, enterprise-grade solution, which was adopted by global innovation teams at companies like IKEA, Reckitt and Sura within the same year.

In addition, I led the creation of the brand identity and worked with the CTO and CEO to craft the company’s manifesto. I also developed all marketing materials, including the website, blog, newsletter, investor pitches, and video content—efforts that played a key role in securing investment and attracting clients.
